Reports to: Senior Sales & Operations Manager

Main duties

·Provide administrative support to the retail operations team and stores in PRC

·Follow up stock loss adjustment and input in SAP

·Update monthly reports

·Follow up merchandise, GWP, CRM materiel distribution

·Handle customer complaints and follow up the result

·Conduct training for the new store staffs

·Draft the RO management policy for all stores

Job Requirements

·University degree or above

·Over 3 years relevant working experience in luxury brands

·Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

·Team player, hard working, flexible, easy going

·Detailed-oriented, well organized and a good planner

·Fluent command of English in both spoken & written

·Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
