Essential Responsibilities

Efficiently cooperate with commodity buyer for PO supporting documents transfer, and validate supporting doc. Which meet the requirements for PO creation
-Generate PO in PMX with 100% in line with supporting doc. From commodity buyer
-Manage PO acknowledgement by supplier and PO execution
-Effectively manage the progress during PO execution and final OTD of each PO
-Effectively coordinate for goods receiption and delivery work
-Be responsible for following invoice from supplier, ensure 3 way non matching and GRNI be solved within 60 days.
-Be responsible for well management of PO forecast delivery date to ensure weekly update in PMX
-Effectively manage VBB related to OTD according to company regulations
-Others appointed by MM leader

Role Summary/Purpose

Manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures to enable sourcing execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

- At least 2 years work experience within sourcing or procurement in big manufacturing company, bachelor degree on trade or commercial related is preferred
-Well coordination ability with team members and cross functions
-Be good at read and written English, well oral English is preferred
-Be positive to work with ownership, with team work spirit,
-Basic product tech. knowledge
-Be acceptable for frequent business travel
-Be familiar with forging & casting &machining process will be preferred
