Essential Responsibilities
• Modeling & validation & modification the model for based on MTP
• Preparation for the tools and CNC programs for manufacturing
• Follow the whole process for FPQ, to validate the programs, tools and serve for the daily manufacturing
• Optimize the tools, toolpath and the parameters for efficiency improvement
• Communication with related teams for technical issues
Role Summary/Purpose
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related mechanical major or above .
• More than 3 years manufacture experience，priority for experience in Gantry .
Desired Characteristics
Good English ability.
Be able to work on shift.
Good analyzing & problem solving ability.
Skills for each software, specially for NX and Auto-CAD
Capable of continuous improvement
Sound interpersonal, communication skills & organizing ability
