职位描述
Essential Responsibilities
• Represent Sourcing during Project Tendering process and work as interface between Sourcing, Costing, Commercial & Technical Tendering
• Follow Global Sourcing Tendering process & deploy Costing tools
• Maintain price database with buyers including tendering baseline, Frame Agreement price list, calculation formulas etc.
• Receive Tendering Weight List & Project technical information from related functions; Distribute to responsible buyers for prices/quotations
• Work with buyers to define Industrial scheme including Make or Buy scheme, major suppliers list aligned with Global Sourcing Leader commodity strategy
• Support Buyers to initiate necessary Risk & Opportunities
• Support buyers to validate tendering sourcing schedule
• Prepare Sourcing Tendering Resume for each Project tendering
• Attend project cost review meetings & lead cost optimizing actions related to Sourcing
• Consolidate buyers’ feedback; Complete tendering weight list to submit to Costing
Qualifications/Requirements
• Understanding of product knowledge preferred
• Skilled at Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner
