Essential Responsibilities
- Establish and updated the process documents of related components
- Design the device of related production and upload to SAP system.
- By improve methodology or new technical skill and correct analysis to increase the resource capacity.
- Monitor the production by process audit and follow up all related actions.
- Analysis and solve the production problem in the NCR or ACTION LOG system, find opportunities of make preventive actions with each process owner.
- Supply technical support to MD/SD .
- By design the key procedure and methodology as well as controlling to develop productivity and satisfy the quality requirements.
- Continuous Improvement of Function processes (for example LEAN)
Role Summary/Purpose
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Communication skills, continuous improvement technics, team work consciousness
- Office Software (UG,AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Power point…)
- 2+ years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing company or 3 years same area and similar business ;
- Familiar with lean manufacturing knowledge and practice is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical (or equivalent)
- Good English speaking and written ability and be able to understand technical English;
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
