Essential Responsibilities
- Define the Regional sourcing strategy for his (her) commodity
- Source good suppliers and develop the suppliers' panels in the Region
- Overall supplier Quality/Cost/Delivery management of responsible commodities with cooperation of SQE and Procurement specialist
- Negotiate T&C/FA/Commercial terms per projects and facility needs
- Lead bidding transparency bidding process per projects and facility needs
- Support development of best assumptions in tendering and product activities:
- supports risk &opportunities reviews of projects
- Support commodity design to cost, standardization and rationalization actions in the Region
- Place RFQ, negotiate PO, award business, prepare PO hand over to procurement specialist (if needed) & KOM
- Lead discussions with suppliers during execution in case of NCR claims, PO changes
- Drive sourcing KPIs
- Supplier performance management
- Meets compliance requirement
- Other assignments from sourcing leader

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Sourcing / Quality Function / Industrial Engineering or manufacturing functions
- Commodity knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills, continuous improvement technics
- Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Visio)
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
