职位描述

1. 配合监管及公司要求，拟定、更新、宣导渠道合规制度、流程

2. 日常跟进合规制度与流程的执行，包括代理人违规行为处罚、每月客诉情况分析、400反馈疑似代签名跟进、反非法集资的分析、沟通、反馈、结果整理存档等

3. 配合分公司合规及渠道管理要求，组织外勤合规培训

4. 处理合规案件的跟进，协助资料准备及参与流程处理

5. 配合公司审计、合规和外部监管发起的渠道自查项目，配合资料准备、沟通协调及档案规整

6. 配合监管、合规部门要求，协调渠道完善合规业务流程

7. 渠道业务运营执行状况的内部合规检查

8. 其他主管交代的事宜。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，法律或经济相关专业

2. 有与风险管理相关的工作经历优先

3. 具备较好的口头和书面表达能力，逻辑性强

4. 工作有计划性，做事条理清晰、效率高

5. Word/Excel/PPT熟练
