Deal with quality issue of incoming material together with other team, ensure all incoming materials are qualified by using 8D;

处理供应商的来料质量问题，以8D为工具确保供给合格物料；

Check and approve PPAP submitted by supplier, and formulate suppliers’ evaluation indicators;

校核、批复供应商提交的PPAP以及制定供应商的考核指标；

Perfect purchasing procedure and standardize the document, form.

参与完善采购流程，标准化相关文件、表格。

Responsible for annual supplier audit and supplier assessment, and organize & participate annual supplier meeting;

年度供应商审核和评估，组织并参与年度供应商大会；

Involve in inside and outside quality verification, including customer audit.

参与并支持内、外部质量审核，包括客户评核；

Develop new supplier and complete supplier assessment with related colleagues, such as Purchasing Engineer, tooling engineers, quality engineers and PM; in words, perfect the supply base;

同采购工程师及相关部门同事去开发新的供应商、完善供货体系；

Person development and to attend related internal & external training is necessary.

提高自身技能，参与相关培训。

Other jobs assigned by Purchasing Manager;

完成其他领导交办的工作。

任职要求：

Bachelor degree in engineering;

本科，理工专业；

Min.5 years of supplier quality control experience in manufacturing Industry (in auto parts industry is better), with supplier development experience is preferred;

至少5年制造业供应商质量管理经验（汽车零部件制造业***），有供应商开发经验者优先；

Familiar with TS16949 and ISO9000;

熟悉TS16949 和ISO 9000；

CET-4 level or above, good reading and written English;

英语四级或以上水平，英文读写能力；

Local Tianjin resident;

天津户口；

Accept frequent business trips;

能够适应经常出差。
