DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1. Mold management and control, the use of mold, maintenance, the system of examination and approval, filing and supervise the implementation.

   模具管理和控制，模具的使用、维护保养、维修、制度的审定、申报、监督执行；

2. Development and improve the injection molding process documents and specific operating procedures.

   制定、完善注塑模具工艺文件和具体操作规程；

3. Master mold usage and production quality issues in a timely manner, to assist in the mold production department and solve the problem to ensure smooth production.

   及时准确掌握模具使用状况和生产质量问题，协助生产部门解决生产中模具问题，确保顺利生产；

4. Complete the KPI target to meet the Molding Shop requirement.

   完成部门相关KPI目标；

5. For repairing the mold and cooperate with the system of product research and development department for new molds acceptance, and make sure finish it on time

   制定修模和配合产品研发部门对新制模具验收，并确保按时完成；

6. Analysis of mold structure and injection molding process improvement, improve the quality of technological process and product parts

   对模具结构和注塑工艺进行分析改进，不断完善提高工艺流程和塑件质量。

7. Injection mold technician review monthly evaluation

   注塑模具技术员月度考核评定；.

8. Undertake any other task assigned by the superior.

   完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1. College degree or above, mechanical manufacturing or mold specialty

   大专以上学历，机械制造或模具专业；

2. 5 years working experience in injection molding industry(Auto parts industry)

   5年以上注塑模具行业（汽车零部件行业）工作经验；

3. Possess the qualification for operate and manage the overhead travelling crane;

   具有天车操作及管理资质；

4. Familiar with automotive supply chain quality management methods and ISO/TS 16949 system standard.

   熟悉汽车供应链质量管理方法、ISO/TS 16949体系标准;
