岗位职责描述：

1. Check domestic and overseas payment requests documents based on group and company policy;

   按集团和公司要求审核国内外采购付款申请；

2. In charge of suppliers credit controlling ,work together with purchasing team and payment application departments arrange seasonable  payment schedule;

   负责控制供应商付款信用期限，及时、配合采购和公司各请款部门合理安排付款；

3. Check all invoices matching with the ERP system, and cooperate with staffs of purchasing department to analyze reasons of invoice price difference;

   采购发票在ERP系统中匹配，与采购部门合作分析采购发票价格差异原因；

4. Prepare monthly account payable reconciliation statements and find the reasons for difference, work together with purchaser to regular account checking with supplier, and finds the reasons if there are some differences in account;

   月末编制应付账款总账明细账调节表，查找差异原因，与采购部门合作和供应商定期对账，分析差异原因；

5. Supervisory control suppliers’ master files database in ERP system per monthly, make sure all the data are under controlled and any changes are authorized based on approval;

   每月监控ERP系统中的供应商主文件数据库,确保信息完整，正确，变更时经过相关授权；

6. Make proper accrual during the period end to make sure all cost/expenses are captured in the correct period.

   在月末做预提以保证所有成本费用都在正确的期间归集入账。

7. Perform quarter end and month end control procedures per Magna Minimum Control Procedures.

   根据Magna最低控制流程要求实施季度末及月度末的控制流程。

8. Other jobs assigned by the Finance Controller.

   完成其他领导交办的工作。

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting discipline, Must hold Accounting licence;

   本科学历，财务、会计专业，必须持有会计证书；

2. Min.2 years of financial experience in manufacturing Industry (preferable in auto parts industry);

   至少2年制造业财务经验（汽车零配件制造业最佳）；

3. Well versed in an ERP system, SAP system application experience is preferred.

   熟练使用一种ERP系统，有SAP 系统应用经验更佳。

4. Account payable accountant experiences are must, have tax experience is a plus;

   必须具备应付会计工作经验，具有税务经验者更佳；

5. CET-4 or higher level. Good reading and written English is must.

   英语四级或以上水平，必须具备英文读写能力
