DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS：
? Work closely with the engineering teams to execute and provide input into new products assembly processes
? Key input into the development of Connectors (DFM)
? Develop connector assembly process flows, control plans, PFMEA and process documentation
? Define scope of work for assembly equipment, Quote, purchase and implement equipment
? Collect process data and analyses, optimize assembly process, improve assembly yield..
? Design small tooling and fixtures to support assembly, test and inspection.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
? BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Materials or Mechanical) plus 5 years relevant experience
? Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes from component manufacture, assembly, and application use.
? Strong problem solving skills, capable of using data to analyze process and product problems – SPC, Six Sigma Tools, etc.
? Experience in high speed stamping, injection molding, precious metal plating or manufacturing connector background preferred
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
? Solidworks, CAD software experience.
