Essential Responsibilities
On the basis of the hydraulic layout, design reduced models of hydraulic machines, realize the plans of assembly, detail and assembly
Conduct studies of model set-ups on test platforms
Design innovative products in collaboration with hydraulic and mechanical engineers
Develop, check and follow technical and administrative documents.
Follow the technical support of outsourcing of manufacturing model parts.
Perform simple mechanical calculations as well as mass calculations

Role Summary/Purpose

Description:
Within the model office, you realize the overall design that can go from the model of the hydraulic turbine to the test platform and participate in the evolution of the test facilities. You also realize the files of plans necessary for the manufacture and the assembly of mechanical assemblies

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years experience in product definition

Profile:
You have a strong experience in design office (3 years) and have already coordinated activities.
CAD and NX unigraphics
PLM Enovia
Mechanical design
Manufacturing process
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the activity, notably by applying the 5S methodology to its field of activity.
Being synthetic and persuasive
To be autonomous and to have the team spirit
Be aware of the EHS policy
Actively participate in team building by sharing best practices, failures and successes and continually seeking to improve effectiveness.
