JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Manage customer forecast with efficient communication with Customer and business team , Measure the forecast accuracy and continuously track and analyze the gaps to balance the demand;

2.Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Schedule change and make sure quarterly forecast must be between 90% and 100% of the monthly master material plan for the three months period;

3.Monitor revenue performance - drive resolution to any potential disconnects to the Master Schedule;

4.Optimize demand planning process to ensure on time delivery, reduce excess inventory and improve MPS Performance;

5.Organize and participate individual Workcell S&OP meeting;

6.Drive the inventory performance KPI which include E&O,Aging FG and WIP to meet the site strategy goal;

7.Manage planning KPI(Delivery performance &MPS management) to align with site quality objective and site strategy goal ;

8.Lead long-term rough cut capacity analysis to ensure machine capacity/manpower/material availability;

9.Work with cross functions to coordinate and resolve customer complaints in either quality and delivery to improve customer satisfaction;

10.Coordinate and support with Business Unit and customer on commercial issues as needed;

11.Lead and support the workcell planning objectives:

1)Always maintain a clear understanding of customer contracts and liability agreements.

2)Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Schedule change, and Production Planning process for workcell

3)Indoctrinate the importance of always having a feasible Master Schedule in place.

4)Facilitate customer demand through managing capacity and materials to meet customer expectations

5)Establish a sense of ownership over the operational plan within the workcell planning organization

6)Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the workcell planning team

12.Take care of Lean six sigma activities to meet function and plant goal ;

13.Develop capabilities by accepting and resolving any and all additional special projects deemed necessary by the Planning Manager.

14.Responsible for training ,job allocation , people development and engagement ;

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.Possess knowledge of production planning and MRP, clearly understand the process or loading and changing the MPS , along with the impact on MRP and the Material planners.

2.Clear understanding of material liability agreement that is contractually in place between customer and Jabil.

3.Ability to work with challenging deadlines and frequently changing priorities

4.Possess strong skills in the following areas:

Teamwork and meet tight deadliness under pressure
