Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for machine installation, on site service at customer, machine repair, telephone and email support. Required are good verbal and written English skills.
The jobholder is also responsible to care for a respectful customer relationship. It has to be an enthusiastic person who manages fast paced environmental changes & conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Intended to serve customers in the northern part of China, including in Beijing
-Must be open to some domestic & international travel, depending on the business needs
-Activities will be assigned by the Customer Service Manager China, Shanghai
-Machine installation, on site service at customer, machine repair, telephone and email support
-Installing machine upgrades and options
-Do Engineering, Maintenance and Operator training, teach the customer
-Ensure for every job assignment correct tracking of costs and hours involved
-Preparing travel and job assignment reports for head office
-Follow up calls to customers after job completion
-Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
-Ensure the highest level of customer service, be enthusiastic
-Ensure continuous coordination between the Sales team China, the colleagues in YORK and the customer
-Translating documents from Mandarin into English and from English into Mandarin
-Other duties as may be assigned
