With a market share of around 40 percent, Komax Wire is a world leader in the field of solutions for all modern wire processing applications. It sells to markets such as the automotive industry, the household appliance sector and the electronics market. The entire Komax Group employs more than 1100 people working worldwide for the three business segments Wire, Solar and Medtech in about 60 countries.
Purpose:
Responsible for providing leadership to HR and Admin staffs to ensuring all HR & Admin policies and programs are implemented effectively in order to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.

Responsibilities:
Human Resource
-Translate and sets direction for HR projects, improvements and activities in direct support of organization objectives.
-Establish, update regulations and policies concerning labor issues, salary, and employee benefits in line with company strategy and government regulations.
-Coordinate the performance evaluation system, development plans, succession planning for the company in line with the department heads.
-Ensure compensation and benefits systems which effectively provide balance in meeting all organization needs of cost effectiveness and employee attraction, retention and satisfaction.
-Ensure staffing process that yield hiring, selection, promotion, demotion, reassignment decision in collaboration with managers that fairly, timely and accurately get the right person to the right place at the right time to meet business needs.
-Manage effective training programs in accordance with approved policies, facilitate value education and culture building through proper training activities.
-Establish and maintain good industrial and FESCO relations.
-Overall management of HR data/Payroll system for the organization, including maintenance of the records, and continuous improvement to meet the business requirements.
-Excisional daily of HR Job

Administration:
-Overall Management of administration required, including reception, canteen catering service, car pool service, shuttle bus service, green area maintenance etc. for the site.
-Overall management of office supplies, uniform, and personal protective equipment for the plant
-Manage the housekeeping, hygiene program for the site including organization and leading of monthly house-keeping audit according to the company requirement, recording, reporting and taking actions accordingly.
-Ensure the plant safety policies and systems to meet with local and company requirements,
-Initiate and implement company security policies to ensure the security of company property and employees.

Requirements:
-HR & Admin in 3~4years experience, in a middle size multi-national manufacturing company or a joint venture is a must.
-Very solid people management and conflict-solving skills, good demonstration of team leadership skills.
-Able to identify HR issues in the company with a strategic view, comfortable to communicate with people at all levels with different education and family background within an organization.
-Good people development and training skills, strong responsibility and sense of following the company rules and regulations, fair and independent treatment to all managers and employees.
-Good English & Chinese language skills, familiar with PC operation, knowledge of HR system, workers compensation legislation, training and development skills.
