Responsibilities:

· C&B of 2 Brands and Employee Relationship;

· Number of people : 250 staff;

· Calculate salary & commission, both online and offline;

· Organization report（incl. store turnover rate, working hours, China - Number of Staff Entry and Exit by Position etc.）update on monthly basis

· Entry and Resignation procedures, follow up staffing issues, including new staff check-in, resignation, probation, contract management, social insurance etc.;

· Certify document related to salary, e.g. tax receipt, income proof, leave proof;

· Maintain personnel file of store staffs, staff list, etc.;

· Maintain policies about salary/social benefits/pregnant and other related to salary & commission;

· Orientation: commission scheme, salary & commission format, entry and resignation procedures and so on;

· In charge of annual appraisal & annual budget;

· Coordinate with all brand on personnel cost actual and forecast;

· Work permit application for foreigners;

· HR2 System

a. Maintain staff personal information;

b. Complete monthly salary, same as excel date;

· Assist in the attendance system.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor degree or above, and major in Human Resources, Economics, Business Management or some related majors.

· Experience: At least 3 years HR experience in payroll and tax within luxury retail industry, and familiar With local regulations in payroll and tax and benefits issues within China.

· Competency and Skills: Good English communication skills both in writing and oral Skilful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT

· Basic knowledge in finance is a plus

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Willing to take responsibility and team work spirit

福利待遇

工作时间：周一~周五，9AM-6PM，周末双休

月薪范围：人民币8000~20000元/月

最低学历：本科

工作年限：3-8年
