职位描述

To provide engineering management with a focus on continuous improvement for site M&E system liability and stability. To support engineering manager to lead site engineering service, To guide, support and train on site facility management team to ensure correct reaction to all engineering problems;

The assistant Engineering Manager is site leader for onsite and manage onsite team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Critical Environment Management
? Review all procedures and risk mitigation plan with onsite engineers to assure correct plan in place. Follow with regional JLL and Client designated engineering team to ensure approval of procedure and risk mitigation plan prior to execution.
? Track all kinds of report for accounts
? Carry out periodical M&E survey to all facilities
? Track CEM review report and execution of improvement plan.


Facility Operations & Maintenance
? Carry out due diligence to all new sites across all sites
? Review Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme with NGM manager to ensure a proper plan is in place.
? Ensure that the team liaises closely with the Regional Operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintained
? Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of CMMS and that all staff have adequate familiarity with the systems as well as the policies
? Implement, comply with and audit all M&E systems, for quality assurance


Risk Management
? Coordinate a risk management program which identifies major M&E equipment risks
? Ensure data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to time
? Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning is implemented and maintained.
? Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting including advice to CLIENT Managers and JLL insurance company.

Project Management/Support:
? Review and approve M&E part of all project proposals
? Participate in project execution, involved in M&E part of any bidding process
? Ensure all project info is well documented for engineering review purpose.

Staff M&E Training:
? Lead and organize all engineering related trainings to all on site staff
? Ensure all on site staff has valid license / certificates.

Reporting:
? Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across the country in the development of Engineering management reports.
? Administer CMMS and ensure that all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated.

? Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
? Technical comprehension and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management
? Knowledge of occupational safety requirements
? Demonstrated initiative
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Strong analytical skills and Problem solver.
? Good Team management
? Associate degree above for MEP engineering discipline
? 5 Years plus for facility and engineering management
experience
