Major/Key responsibilities

? To formulate a short, medium and long term business plan for the company's insurance business, and to promote the development of the business growth of insurance in China, set up sales targets and market strategies.

? Create and maintain good relations with strategic partners, and develop dealer network throughout the country;

? Instruct sales team to negotiate with dealers;

? Budgeting, forecasting sales and market costs;

? Assess the risk status of insurance business, and provide reference for management decision-making.

? Check the effectiveness and competitiveness of products supplied to dealers based on feedback from dealers, DFIMs and sales team.

? Conduct customer satisfaction, customer needs analysis and industry competition analysis, and formulate corresponding plans.

? Establish and standardize process management mechanisms, optimize business processes and models, and improve production efficiency.

? Assess the sales performance of regional sales in insurance business and give sufficient support to them.

Educational and Qualification Requirements 

? Bachelor degree or above in insurance, finance or related field.

? More than 8 years of experience in automobile or insurance industry.

? Strategic marketing and negotiation skills.

? Customer relationship management and dealer management capability.

? Skilled use of office software;

? Fluency in spoken and written English;
