Responsibilities:

·Daily tracking with 3rd party's KPI to solve various shipment problems, Improve their performance, Optimize the  process

· Closely follow-up and update the status of shipment/goods to business team for new season’s launch, event and any urgent orders, etc

·  Work with overseas vendors and 3rd party to facilitate the importation for Merchandise, Non-Merchandise goods from Italy.

· Conduct the application for Cites/Non-Cites import license with Italy Log team and broker before shipment

· Check and correct the data between ASN and shipping documents

· Notify the shipment pre-alert to all concerned parties with completed set of shipping documents

· Check the clearance file in details provided by broker

· CIQ status tracing and system monitoring between warehouse WMS and SAP

· Daily maintain import status report, follow goods receiving status, GR claim if has.

· Check monthly billing of broker and submit the payment request

· Other tasks may assigned by line Manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree

· 3-5 years relevant experience in logistics, importation experience is preferable

· Good spoken and written English

· Good in Microsoft office

· Excellent organization skills. Ability to prioritize multiple task

· Excellent communication skill and team player
