职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Production scale up.
2.Assist QA to complete formula & manufacture procedure transfer in SAP.
3.Technical review and approval on new/adjusted formula, E&R and substitution.
4.Work closely with GP and Planning regarding solution of material shortage/defect.
5.Work closely Sr. Process Engineer & production on projects, experiment, stability test, trouble shooting and technology.
6.Provide technical support to Production regarding processing, improvement and troubleshooting.
7.Provide technical support to Quality on completing formula & manufacture procedure transfer in SAP, NCR investigation, sensory evaluation, stability testing, characteristic of RMs and FGs, customer's inquiry etc.
8.Provide technical support to Distribution regarding storage condition/package issue/transportation condition.
9.Set up reworking process for defective RMs and FG.
Essential
1.Master of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry/Food Technology/
2.At least three(3) years or more QC related experience in Flavors / Fragrances or food processing industry.
3.Basic knowledge on Flavors or food processing analytical testing ., e.g. sensory, microbiology, GC, titration etc.
4.Be able to achieve goals for QC operations by developing corresponding plans and programs, delegating work and ensuring availability of resources.
5.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill to win and maintain the respect of people and get their support and cooperation.
6.Good verbal and written communication skills - English a must, additional languages would be a plus.
Preferred
1.Good understand of GMP, HACCP and ISO
2.Experience in SAP application
