Job description:
Partner with team to deliver Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable services (AR) in an effective and efficient manner.
1)Responsible for the monthly review and reconciliation of AP and AR accruals and reports.
2)Ensure compliance with the group AR/AP standard process.
3)Implement best practice transaction processing in the area of accounting processes.
4)Supervise the Performance of AR to meet all the targets and strength credit control function
5)Compliance with internal control and SOX requirement.
6)Cooperate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary data and internally prepared working papers.
7)Assist Finance Controller for Global/local project according to the timetable and requirements.
8)Complete other tasks assigned by Finance Controller
Background:
?.University degree in Accounting or related
? 5+ years Accounting-related working experience of which 2-3 years in leadership positions
?. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
?. Familiar with Microsoft office (excel is a must)
?. Analytical & Problem solving ability for trouble shooting
?. People management skills
?. Work under pressure and meet deadline
