This position is under Swisslog Healthcare Division, which is a global leading brand in the area of robotics and automation within healthcare sector. We aims to provide automated solutions and professional services to improve efficiency in hospital and patient safety.

  

Responsibilities:

  

1.Supervision of the daily operation of ETV installed on customer site;

  

负责医院自动化设备（轨道小车）现场的日常运维工作

  

2.In charge of troubleshooting, parts replacement, regular inspection and preventive maintenances for ETV;

  

负责现场设备检修，备件更换，定期保养。

  

3.Ensure good performance of ETV operation;

  

确保现场设备良好的日常运行。

  

4.Support the activities relevant with customer visit, R&D, marketing, sales and other departments of Swisslog;

  

支持公司其他部门的客户参观工作。

  

5.Deliver users the training on self-service, like basic problem solving, maintenance and system operations;

  

培训客户快速处理基础故障。

  

6.Ensure to achieve high customer satisfaction and good relationship.

  

确保客户满意度，维系客户关系。

  

Requirements:

  

1.College degree or above in mechanical, automation or engineering major-related; Knowledge on PLC is plus.

  

大专及以上学历，机械，自动化及工程相关专业，懂PLC优先。

  

2.Minimum 1 years of related work experience, customer service or field service is plus;

  

至少一年相关工作经验, 有客服经验或现场服务经验优先

  

3.Good with MS Office and Auto CAD; Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server is plus

  

熟练掌握MS Office 和 Auto CAD; 懂Microsoft SQL server 优先。

  

4.Good communication and presentation skills;

  

良好的沟通和表达能力

  

5.Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues;

  

良好的处理多项任务的能力

  

6.Excellent work ethic, independence, responsiveness and sense of team-work;

  

具有优秀的职业道德，独立性，反应性和团队合作意识
