Primary Function:
？ Provide application solutions based on customer needs, conduct product customization to meet local market needs, and participate in or initiate new product development
Essential Functions：
？ Provide application solutions based on customer requirements, including customer needs analysis, products selection and combination, and quotation.
？ Collaborate with Plants, Marketing Department and US engineers in launching large product development projects
？ Conduct product customization to meet individual customer needs
？ Support sales in promoting new products and applications
？ Keep up-to-date of new technologies and applications in market
？ Initiate product upgrade and market penetration, based on company strategies, market trends, and technological advantages
？ Participate in contract evaluations
？ Assist plant product engineers in new product development
？ Provide trainings to customers in product utilization
？ Other work as business needs
Requirements：
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Fluid Control and automation, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, and other related areas
？ 2-3 years of related working experience
？ Ability to utilize Window Office and other specialized computer software,
？ Smooth communications with a variety of internal departments and external customers
？ Strong diagnostics and trouble shooting capability
？ Knowledge of application solution techniques, tools, and principles
？ Strong business acumen of technological innovations, market trends, and customer needs
？ Good English reading and comprehension
？ Strong problem solving skills in developing and evaluating options and implementing solutions
