Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
l. Assist on sales management including monthly Order Intake/Project List/Reference List Update & Summary and follow up;
2. Sales & Marketing materials & documents management including product brochures printing, translation & stock maintenance/KSB gifts/advertisement/internet registration/KSB Website update as per schedule;
3. Sales activities calendar events including sales meeting/fair & seminars/company gathering & functions organization;
4. Coordination of marketing intelligence such as collecting of market data, competitor analysis and/or other market research required by the company's business;
5. Formulating company's short, medium and long term strategy and business plan with the support of the relevant departments under direct instruction and involvement of management team;
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Specifications:
1. College degree or above,majored in business or marketing;
2. Have at least 2 years experience in marketing or sales administration;
3. Organized, initiative self-motivated and can work effectively under pressure;
4. Good spoken and written English and proficient in computer application;
5. Responsible, earnest, sense of urgent and good team player;
6. Excellent coordination skill and willing to learn new knowledge.
