职位描述
Purpose of the job:
1． To Handle customer’s requires
2． To operate the SCALA and BAAN system
3． To issue the S/O and monitor the delivery schedule
4． To issue the invoice and file the enclosed S/O
5． To check and chase the receivable account
6． To issue Purchase order to supplier
7. To check the supplier’s invoice and forward to Accounts Dept. for payment
8. To claim for the wrong/short/delivered and damaged parts
9 To Co-ordinate with the Branch offices for the business
10 To perform other duties as assigned
Key accountabilities:
1. To maintain a good relationship with principals, customers, suppliers
2. To response to customers’ requires and quoted timely
3. To work with other department and office for CS related issues.
Job Requirements:
Education
§ Diploma in Sales or marketing or above
Experience
§ Two years or above experience in sales/marketing area.
Skills
§ a good command of Chinese and English both in speaking and writing
§ proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc…)
Competencies
§ Aggressive and reliable. Take initiative.
§ Good interpersonal skill
职责：
1. 处理客户的询价
2. 负责操作SCALA和BAAN系统
3. 拟定及签订销售合同，并监控发货进度
4. 开局发票并将已完成的合同归档
5. 跟进及催讨应收帐款
6. 向供应商订货
7. 核对供应商发票，并转交财务部安排付款
8. 联系错件，短缺以及损坏零件的索赔事宜。
9. 协助办事处处理其他相关事宜。
执行其他被委派的工作
1. 与办事处，客户以及供应商保持良好关系
2. 对于客户的询价以及订货要求及时回馈
3. 协助其他部门处理售后服务事宜

§ 2年以上相关工作经验
