Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to managing director (North China) and relevant administrative support as required.
• Manage and arrange appointments for managing director
• Provide additional administrative support as required, e.g. generating reports,. arranging approvals, taking messages, reviewing contract, collecting and distributing information, ordering of supplies, arranging for travel and hotel bookings, etc.
• Provide any other general administrative support deemed necessary for the smooth functioning of the department or branch

• To be considered, you should have 2 years of secretarial or administration experiences
• Positive, can do attitude
  
• Highly motivated, results driven, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
• Quick learner, able to handle multi-task with excellent prioritization skills
