SUMMARY OF POSITION
Touchdown 职业顾问为TouchdownCareer 项目参与者提供职业辅导，通过一系列职
业咨询，帮助候选人修改简历和LinkedIn 个人资料，并帮助候选人在美国找寻合适
的实习/就业机会，提高候选人的就业竞争力。
A demanding position work as a consultant at TouchdownCareer providing much needed
career coaching to Chinese students to help them increase their employability through
extensive career consultations, resume and LinkedIn profile improvements, and deep
discussion to identify each student’s best internship/job opportunities in the US.

工作职责
JOB SUMMARY
提供一对一的职业咨询，包括与候选人一起开发简历和LinkedIn 个人资料。帮助求
职者准备面试，工作和跟进咨询，以确保候选人在工作中取得成功全职工作机会。
Provide one-on-one career consultation, including developing a resume and LinkedIn
profile with individuals, preparing a candidate for interview and the first week of work,
as well as on the job follow up a consultation to ensure individual succeed in his/her job
(to secure a return offer for full-time job seeker).
评估候选人的能力，并向雇主提交适当的候选人。在面试之后设置面试和跟进候选
人和雇主。与交付团队合作，评估候选人潜力，面试准备情况和制定面试策略。
Evaluates candidate marketability and submits appropriate candidates to employers.
Sets up interviews and follows-up with candidates and employers after interviews.
Working with delivery team to assesses candidate potential, interview readiness, and
placement strategy.
维护雇主和候选人联系人的记录和文件，包括客户跟进。获取和评估每个候选人的
所有相关信息，包括职业证书，兴趣爱好和职业目标。
Maintains accurate and updated records and files of employer and candidate contacts,
including client follow-up. Obtains and evaluates all pertinent information about each
candidate including qualifications, their areas of interest, and career goals.
根据专业标准履行职责。与合作伙伴合作，并与合作公司和候选人保持合作关系。
Works cooperatively with co-workers and maintains collaborative relationships with
partner companies and candidates.
任职条件
REQUIREMENTS
海外留学背景，美国留学背景优先。
Overseas education background, USA education background is preferred.
具有美国求职经历或工作经验的候选人优先。
Candidates with job hunting or working experience in the USA is strongly preferred.
掌握简历修改和面试技巧，了解招聘的方法和要求。
Knowledge of resumes design, interviewing techniques, and business hiring methods
跟踪就业市场用人需求动态，进行职业、人才需求分析。
Knowledge of general business hiring requirements and recruitment cycles.
具有一对一教学经验，热爱教育培训行业。
One-on-one coaching experience with a genuine interest in helping college students as
they explore career direction and opportunities.
具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力，时间管理技能，组织能力和多任务能力。
Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
能够独立工作，自我激励，性格外向和具有团队合作精神。
Be able to work independently, self-motivated, high energy, outgoing, and team-spirited.
