Role Summary/Purpose


Essential Responsibilities
• Develop and execute HR strategies in support of the business in Greater China. in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation and organizational development. • Support GE Energy Management and Industrial Solutions HR initiatives in the region • Provide necessary coaching to business leader and local management team • Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse and G. China oriented workforce • Drive and deploy procedures and policies in all areas involving HR systems • Conduct organization assessments and upgrade talent through staffing and talent pipeline development • Drive a culture of growth, meeting commitments, and positive employee relations • Ensure a systemic and integrated approach in employee communication • As a gatekeeper in term of GE values, integrity and compliance standard • Manage and develop local HR team as proper

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a concentration in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organization Development or a related discipline • Minimum of seven to ten years progressive professional Human Resources experience including prior leadership/management roles in G. China • Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a highly matrixes organization. • Demonstrated ability to positively influence others. • Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external clients, across multiple countries and cultures. • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
