主要职责:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Keep continued compliance and ensure the activities can meet the company EHS policy and legal requirement & regulations of local, provincial and national;

2.Develop, implement and administer the EHS management programs;

3.Organize the EHS training for all employees on a scheduled basis;

4.Conduct the risk assessment together with 4E tool, the provide the related training to each department or area;

5.Carry out the PPE management, like PPE matrix, and use training;

6.Evaluate safety performance and establish current and future loss control strategies to prevent similar incidents;

7.Implement the incident/accident investigation and root cause analysis, suggest the related prevention methods;

8.Manage the MoC program and supervise the implementation;

9.Update/Review the emergency response plan and organize the drill regularly; Assist and lead completion of all audits and findings; EHS visual workplace coordinated to 5S implementation;

10.Establish and adhere to a formal follow-up method with manufacturing departments on successful closure of findings and recommendations;

11.Manage the waste water, air emission and waste program, and keep the treatment can meet the requirement and compliance;

12.Develop the chemical management, especially for the flammable chemical, Work on other departments as necessary to reduce related risk;

13.Firefighting management which ensures the FF system can be running smoothly; and

14.Keep the good communication with local government and other departments in site.

任职要求:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in EHS function, national registered safety engineer is preferable;

2.Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English oral and written skills including the ability to compose original correspondence and communicate effectively;

3.Familiarity with Chinese EHS laws and regulations therewith (MSDS, LOTO, MoC, work permit and so on); and

4.Knowledge in OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO14001 management systems will be of benefit.
