Amazon is searching for a superstar Marketing Specialist to help build awareness of and grow its Corporate Gift Card business in China. If successful at meeting our high hiring bar, you'll be part of the B2B Gift Card team which is responsible for growing the Amazon Gift Card business through corporate channels.
The position is based in our Beijing office and will be responsible for developing B2B marketing strategies and tools that support lead generation, product awareness and education, product launches, events, and customer communication. As the Marketing Specialist, you will work with stakeholders internal and external to Amazon including: customers, product managers, distribution partners, vendors, finance, tax, and legal teams to facilitate client development and sales growth. You will work with these groups to assess competitive markets and analyze business needs to define and execute the marketing strategy, and support your team in achieving ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
Define and execute marketing programs and campaigns that generate market segment awareness and educate prospective business users of Amazon Gift Cards.
Generate awareness, empower the sales team, and conduct lead capture and lead warming campaigns.
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics; identifying opportunities for new and enhanced campaigns
Create marketing collateral and tools for the team to support their interaction with Clients
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required
Experience in technology services, e-commerce marketing, or related field
Experience with software and editing tools (Excel, basic HTML, Photoshop for example)
Fluent in Chinese and English - written and spoken
? Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing execution of marketing campaigns for products/services addressing the value proposition to businesses.
Experience in B2B technology services or financial services marketing, exceptional customer focus, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Effective in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
Demonstrated success in planning innovative and targeted marketing programs and campaigns that generate results.
Experience with multiple marketing vehicles, including email, events, online/offline advertising, and a bill of materials for direct sales.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated copywriting experience.
Great organizational skills and a strong focus on using data to make decisions
Experience with international product/service launches highly desired
MBA/other advanced degree desired
