As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Division and Turbocharging Business Units (BU) based in Chongqing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to Lead and coach project team, Lead the localization project to complete as scheduled, budgeted and qualified with the support from the project team, ensure the new development and delivery can be met.

Your Tasks as a Project Manager will include the following:

？ Lead the project management team, ensuring the resources are well utilized and workload is balanced between the different team, ensuring the proper budgeting.
？ Organize and coordinate work of projects team; Evaluate and develop team members, achieve the KPIs of the team.
？ Responsible for efficient and on-time execution of TC & parts localization at optimum local product costs and at required quality (considering local available materials and capabilities of suppliers and local production) and ensure continuous improvements.
？ According to the sales orders and requirement from delivery task, organize and coordinate the implementation of production localization projects (Including the organization and coordination of relevant technical documents preparation or creation, raw development, part’s manufacturing, inspection and releasing, ensure to go batch production in time).
？ Collect figures of raw cost and manufacture time, calculate and analyze the standard cost of localized products to meet the project budget target.
？ Organize FMEA analysis to meet the safety and health requirements of related mechanical design and manufacture, effectively control qualitative and quantitative risks to minimize the risk from localization.
？ Effective use of company human resources, establish localization project team and members base on company human resources, and define the responsibility; Hold project team meetings regularly and report to Mgt regularly with progress.
？ Lead internal and external communication and coordination for localization projects, monitor and control project status according to plan.
？ Organize training for new product knowledge, manufacture process technology and assembly technology.
？ Record technic and quality discussion & cost analysis during project development, also make summary once project completed.
？ Coach and mentor junior project leaders, check their job quality and support to solve problems.

？ Bachelor’s Degree, major in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related Qualification. Rich Experience on Mechanical Manufacture and Team Management.
？ Familiar with the Production process and Mechanical Machining is preferred.
？ 5+ years of Project Management Experience;
？ Knowledge of Project Management, Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills, strong analytical and communication & coordination ability, good teamwork and cooperation awareness, strong problem-solving skills and determination will be considered as plus.
？ Fluent in written and verbal skills in both English and Chinese.
？ Proficiency in MS Office, LN, familiar with SAP or ERP systems.
