Professionnal objectives :

To develop direct contacts and sales with house packaging manufacturers

Builds market position in China by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with packaging house manufacturers and eventually end-users/brands.



Business Development Executive Job Duties:
· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching packaging industry players and specialised events,
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities : prospection is Key
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing business requirements and to define clear needs to be matched by the mill and our products range.
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential : this market is a small ? world ? and information should be managed carefully (From Europe, from customers, ...)
· Updates job knowledge by participating in seminars; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.



Profile :

>10 years experience in sales and/or marketing development in packaging applications, ideally coming from a producers (board, glass, pumps, ...)

> Dealing with international groups (speaking english is compulsory)

>Identification of new customers
