Job Title: JD for Industrial Engineer (Skid & Assembly)

Department: Industrial Engineering

Report: Industrial Engineering manager

II. JOB PURPOSE

• New product introduce, skilled application of PDI and DVL

• Well knowledge for welding, assembly and painting process

• Responsible for supporting production problem solving from mechanical side

• Establish and complete working instruction, ensure the applicability and latest version validity

• Training operator to fulfil the safety operation

• Standard time and capacity evaluation, improve process to rise capacity. Design new tools or method to increase work efficiency

• Monitor the efficiency of production line, analyse these reasons manpower, machine, material, environment, method, assist relative department to solve the issue.

• Coordinate with line production to implement lean production

  III. QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical engineering or related major.

• At least 5 years working experience in Mechanical design or industrial engineer or production engineer

• With strong team work consciousness and good cooperation, open mind and strong implementation

• Fluent English, both oral and written

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to work with dynamic changes and pressure

• SAP system experience
