职责:
全面负责确保各项财务运作符合本土政策法规及国际最佳实践,并对资产管理项目的运营状况进行分析,从而识别资产提升的机会。主要负责:
1. ? 监督部门及中国区项目的日常会计工作,包括账户的建立及监管、会计应收、应付、对账、备用金管理及税务申报;
2. ? 审查和分析每日余额表及银行帐户的现金流量;
3. ? 审查中国区项目的财务报告及管理报告并分析项目的收入及支出状况;
4. ? 审查项目季度业务回顾报告;
5. ? 审核项目预算及预测;
6. ? 负责准备中国区高级董事所需的月度财务报告;
7. ? 负责准备资产管理部年度预算及预测;
8. ? 审计会计及经营流程以确保满足服务标准;
9. ? 协调年度审计并审核审计报告;
10. ? 准备各方所需的演讲材料;
11. ? 制定、监控及审计流程及相关职权的遵守;
12. ? 审查供应商及客户合同;
13. ? 负责基本的人事及行政工作,包括审核项目薪资报告,人员聘用提案及员工劳动合同续签等。
教育背景要求:
会计或商业学大学本科,主修会计
技能及知识要求:
1. ? 具备优秀的英文口语及书面表达能力
2. ? 良好的人际关系及沟通技巧
3. ? 良好的分析和解决问题的能力
4. ? 善于操作应用微软办公系统(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
5. ? 善于应用各种财务系统
工作经历要求:
8年财务工作经验并具备3年财务经理经验

Department: Asset Management
Reports to: Senior National Director
Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility to ensure accounting operation compliance to local regulations and international best practice while analyzing asset performance in order to identify enhancement opportunities. Mainly responsible for:
1. ? Oversee day to day operations of departmental and project based accounting functions, including account establishment and governance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, petty cash management and tax filing;
2. ? Review and analyze the daily balance sheet and monitor cash flow in bank accounts;
3. ? Review project financial report and management report and analyze incomes and expenditures of the project;
4. ? Review project quarterly business review report;
5. ? Review project budget and forecast;
6. ? Prepare monthly financial report as required by Senior National Director;
7. ? Prepare department budget and forecast;
8. ? Audit accounting and operation processes to ensure compliance to service standard;
9. ? Coordinate annual audit and review audit report;
10. ? Prepare presentations to various stakeholders as may be required;
11. ? Map, monitor and audit processes and relevant authority compliance;
12. ? Review vendor and client contracts;
13. ? Basic Human Resource and Administration tasks as may be required, including reviewing project payroll, manning requisition proposal and staff contract renewal etc.
Essential Education:
University Degree in Accounting or Business with Major in Accounting
Skills and Knowledge:
1. ? Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
2. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. ? Good analytical and problem solving skills
4. ? Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
5. ? Proficient in various Accounting Systems
Essential Experience:
8 years accounting experience with 3 years accounting manager level experience
Personal Attributes:
1. ? Strong detail orientation
2. ? Good team leader but also good in team
3. ? Ability to prioritize and allocate time to tasks
4. ? Ability to self motivate and to motivate others
Additional while not essential, meeting the following additional criteria will be advantageous:
Post Graduate Degree in Business, Accounting or other commercial studies
