1、根据校区整体经营目标，参与制定销售计划，同时制定本组每月销售计划，掌握销售 进度。

2、根据销售计划，参与制定和调整销售方案（策略），并负责具体销售方案实施。

3、参与并制定现场销售工作流程和标准，组织员工研究确定。

4、对营销费用进行预算和控制。

任职要求：

1、3年以上产品销售管理和渠道管理经验，有客户资源者优先;

2、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力，学习能力强;逻辑性强和 良好的语言表达能力;

3、高度的工作热情和责任感，诚信、勇于挑战自己、能承受销量压、良好的团队合作精神。
