1. 与生产线和质控组巡查员合作，并且不断的向相关的上级汇报情况；

2. 对校对，更换工具，流程伴随测试后，根据来自检测或测量仪器的测量数据 （如: 三坐标测量仪，表面测量仪，轮廓测量仪），进行执行，存档和评价；

3. 协助生产技术团队一起引导改善措施；

4. 在批量生产中，对三坐标测量（CMM）的统计流程控制（SPC）作评价；

5. 对三坐标测量仪，表面测量仪，轮廓测量仪，进行校对（测量设置），照管和维护；

6. 对备件的足够供给负责，及安排受磨损件或备件的采购（如: 探针）；

7. 给予在批量生产中，来自机械性能和生产能力检查(MFU，PFU)时，在执行和评价上的协助；

8. 协助测量系统分析（MSA）；

9. 保持工作区域整洁，以及遵守所有按事故防范规定制定的安全要求以及其他法律和法规；

任职资格：

· 熟悉蔡司三坐标编程

· 大学本科及其以上学历，至少三年以上模具或机械行业大型三坐标测量仪操作检验工作经验；

· 熟悉质量管理流程，熟悉测量工具；

· 具有英文听说读写能力；

· 会使用PROE/AUTO CAD等绘图软件

· 工作态度认真，积极负责；

· 较强学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力
