工作职责：

Job responsibilities：

1.认真执行总公司采购管理规定和实施细则，严格按采购计划采购，做到及时、适用，合理降低物资积压和采购成本；

1.Earnestly implement the procurement management regulations and implementation rules of the head office, strictly follow the procurement plan, timely and applicable, reasonably reduce the material backlog and procurement costs；

2.熟悉和掌握市场行情，按“质优、价廉”的原则货比三家，择优采购。注重收集市场信息，及时向部门领导反馈市场价格和有关信息；

2.Be familiar with and master the market situation, compare goods with others according to the principle of "good quality, low price", and choose the best purchase. Pay attention to collect market information, timely feedback market price and relevant information to department leaders；

3.严把采购质量关，物资选择样品供使用部门审核定样。积极协助有关部门妥善解决使用过程中会出现的问题；

3.Strictly control the quality of procurement, and select samples for use by the department for examination and approval. Actively assist relevant departments to properly solve problems that may arise in the process of use；

4.加强与验收、保管人员的协作，有责任提供有效的物品保管方法，防止物品保管不妥而受损失；

4. Strengthen the cooperation with the acceptance inspection and safekeeping personnel, and have the responsibility to provide effective methods for the safekeeping of articles, so as to prevent losses caused by improper safekeeping of articles；

5.供应商考察；

5.Supplier survey；

6.对应公司内部NPP采购系统问题，并协助各部门解决系统问题；

6.Responsible for NPP purchasing system problems within the company, and assist all departments to solve system problems；

7.及时解决、维护NPP系统与财务系统接口问题；

7.Timely solve and maintain interface problems between NPP system and financial system;

岗位要求：

Post requirements：

1.本科以上学历，财务相关专业；

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or related;

2.具备财务相关知识及会计上岗证；

2.Have financial knowledge and accounting certificate;
