General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Achieve the yearly targets which will be setup together with Management

Build a strong pipeline in Sales Force

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Build up and maintain a pipeline in Sales Force in accordance with company guidelines
根据公司规定在销售管理系统建立潜在客户群/销售机会,并对其进行维护
Minimum sales meetings per week, as per company guidelines (subject to change)
根据公司规定每周拜访客户,完成最低拜访量(可变)
Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers
赢得新客户和现在客户新业务
All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force
使用销售管理系统记录所有对新客户,现有客户和潜在客户的销售行为
Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.
提前计划销售行为以确保高效的时间管理
Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using Sales Force (dashboard) to management
使用销售管理系统向上级领导展示每周的新销售机会和销售行为
List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
根据公司规定使用销售管理系统记录客户信息,联系方式,会议时间,销售机会,业务详情和会议记录。
Claim customers timely and in accordance with company guidelines
根据公司规定及时认领客户
Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues
跟客户和同事建立良好的关系
Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
根据公司规定月度申请报销
Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines
根据公司规定协助催款
Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness
与产品部门和上级领导分享市场信息以确保公司的持续竞争力
Involvement of product specialists, customers service, RDMs or/and management.
积极参与涉及产品,客服,航线或管理相关的活动
Involvement and joint customer meetings when overseas colleagues are visiting

Job Requirements 任职资格
College graduate, major in related is preferable
大专以上学历,物流相关专业优先考虑
Minimum 5 years working experience in global forwarders, with 3 year or above sales experience
五年或以上全球性货代公司工作经验,至少从事三年以上销售岗位
