Our customer offers a full range of audit and advisory services, to Chinese companies and individuals for overseas expansion, and overseas investors and companies seeking to invest in China, including audit and assurance services, M&A advisory, global tax planning, financial due diligence, and EB-5 investment services.



Position: Senior Associate

Line of Service: Audit and Advisory
Requirements:

？ Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or Business related
？ 1.5 year to 3.5 years working experience in Big four with good performance
？ Passion about and commitment toward the opportunities we offer at MarcumBP
？ Proficient English skills, both oral and written
？ Clear minded good learning ability and working habit
？ Demonstration on strong leadership and quick adaption to a team environment
？ Effective communication and strong analytical skills.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
？ Participate in different audit engagements of IPO and US listed companies.
？ Participate in various advisory projects, including merger and acquisition, internal control improvement, anti-fraud, etc.
？ Develop your comprehensive knowledge in both PRC and US accounting and auditing standards
？ Establish deep understanding of clients’ business models and apply innovative analytical procedures to address business challenges and issues.
