Job Purpose Summary:
To plan and carry out direct sales activities of capital investment projects, mainly to Key Account Customers, so as to maintain and develop sales of Industrial Cleaning- Filtration- and Automation Technologies & service solutions to major local- and international Automotive- and Tier 2 customers, in accordance with agreed business plans.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
§ Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and market development strategies, including managing personal time and productivity.
§ Manage to offer the most reasonable technical / economical solution to customers, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
§ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize business growth, quality of service and customer satisfaction.
§ Manage to maintain the good and long-term relationship with a number of key-account customers and ability to help identifying potential new business opportunities.
§ Pro-active support during the preparation of offers / quotations in line with local customer's needs and specifications
§ Pro-active support in the development of tailor-made concepts to successful participate local bids
§ Support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, advertising and exhibitions.
§ Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
§ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
§ providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
§ making technical oriented presentations and demonstrating how a proposal meets client needs
§ Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
§ Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
§ Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
§ Attend training and develop relevant specific knowledge, techniques and skills.


Personality:
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company management. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well presented and businesslike. Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.


Business and Selling Skills:
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator, both in Chinese and English or German language. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts automotive customers and large contracts. Ideal background would be automotive- or mechanical engineering degree; proven capital investment project sales experience is a must; experience of Industrial Cleaning- Filtration- and Automation Technologies would definitely be a plus. Experience of handling tenders would be particularly helpful.


Requirement:
college degree or more than.
More than five years working experience, at least 3 years experience on designing or manufacturing machine on mechanical and or mechanical-electrical field. 1 year sales business experience.
Aged more than 27 years.
Majored in mechanical or mechanical-electrical course in college or college of university.
Know automotive industry is preferred. Especially in automotive engine manufacturing industry.
