Responsibility:

To deliver as a generalist in one or more functional areas including but not limited to: recruitment and employment relationship, organization development, training, and special projects etc.

Recruitment:

1. Co work with recruiting specialist to fulfill hiring jobs including recruit, interview screen and evaluate candidates according to internal hiring process.
2. Contribute to talent acquisition project, responsible for new recruitment channel development, and set up Talent Pool
3. Improve recruitment procedures in line with business and organization development;

Employment Relationship:

1. Responsible for employee on board and exit procedures, and ensure legal compliance during the whole employment cycle.
2. Act as internal consultant to employees regarding employment issues;
3. Improve and update related policy and procedures according to evolved situations.

Training:

1. Coordinate and deliver NEO training and education to new employees.
2. Coordinate and help on internal technical trainings.
3. Be involved in core value promotion activities.

Other HR projects and special tasks assigned by HRD.

Qualification:

1. University degree or above in Human Resources or equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
2. At least 5years relevant professional level human resources experience.
3. Passion and sense of urgency, quick in responding ,ability to think strategically and effectively deliver desired results;
4. Ability to mingle with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
5. Knowledge of HR policies, rules & regulations & statutory guidelines;
6. Strong and mature inter personal communication skills are required;
7. Good command of computer skills and both verbal/ written English.
