Business

· Conform with Security, Safety, Health and Environmental codes of Ingredion and local regulatory requirements related to GMP improvement projects.

· Involve and review in projects to ensure applicable regulations compliance and GMP requirements.

· Lead HACCP review and implementation to ensure CCPs and OPRPs following.

· Lead root cause investigation and corrective actions for quality alerts related with process and CCPs.

· Lead management of change to ensure GMP compliance and food safety risk evaluation.

· Drive continuous improvement to meet high quality and GMP requirements.

· Track and review GMP performance to promote continuous improvement.

· Lead GMP check cross functions.

Relationships and People

· Coordinate with project team and cross functions on GMP compliance and improvement.

· Work closely with key internal functions – Production, Engineering, Finance, CSPI, Regulatory, Logistics and CS for GMP gap assessment, timely actions following up, related KPIs reporting.

· Develop and give training to people on GMP requirement and awareness.

Support audit from customer, regulatory, certifying bodies and corporate QA and support supplier audit when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills,and Requirements

· Bachelor degree or higher in a food manufacturing or related background.

· At least five years of experience in QA or operation role of multinational food or pharmaceutical companies, supervision experience is preferred.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, BRC or FSSC 22000 and GMP as required. Certified auditor is preferred.

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong communication skills

· Quick response

· Strong sense of ownership , teamwork, interpersonal skill and drive for results

· Literate in PC software: Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, etc.

· Good command of English for both of written and spoken

· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
