工作职责：

1、检查车间每天的生产记录，将相关数据及时且准确输入到SAP系统当中。

2、发现生产记录中存在的问题，与生产车间协调解决问题。

3、负责保证库存系统数量和实际数量的一致性。

4、协助生产部门的一些行政事务。

5、以收集数据为基础，制作相关的PPT演示文件。

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，至少1年的生产数据管理经验。

2、熟悉掌握MRP系统，懂SAP相关模块者优先。

3、熟练掌握Microsoft Excel。

4、英语的读写能力良好。

5、做事细心，有耐性、勤奋，具有良好的合作精神。

Responsibilities:
1. Review the production records on daily basis and input the relevant data into SAP system timely and accurately2. Capable to find out the problem in production records and coordinate with shopfloor operators to settle the problem.
3. Responsible for the inventory accuracy - including both system and physical data.
4. Assist production department for administration affair.
5. Able to work out PPT presentation based on the data collected.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above, at least one year experience in production data control
2. MRP system knowledge is a must, better to have experience on SAP related module.
3. Good skill on excel (Microsoft).
4. Good at English in reading and writing.
5. Being attentive, patient, diligent, smart with good team spirit.
