Position: Cost Analyst & Process Management

  

Location: Songjiang district

  

  

The candidate will

  

• Develop the quotations to new customers, the pricing update, the pricing of tender, RFQ, etc.

• Work closely with DIs(project leader), the BD to create pricing simulations, cost models, quotations, pricing update from data within tender, service requests or actual operation files

• Analyze operation costs and provide improvement solution

• Write and update the process, working instruction, flow chart and training documents that conform to the actual operation

• Organize and file management documents related to various projects

          

  

Description:

  

• Review of quotations and cost model to ascertain financial data required

• Complete data collection from our system, from tender documents, from project PL and interpret data into company pricing models

• Support operations teams to understand the financial pricing model

• From time to time, check the PL forms with the DIs to assess the effect of our quotations

• Work closely with the BD and the project teams to ensure updated pricing proposal mirrors written proposal

• Assist with price increases and measure existing contracts against budget and performance

• Amend pricing proposals as and when more data becomes available

• Support the GM with pricing decisions by providing relevant pricing analysis, new quotations, updated cost models

• Provide cost analysis about company operations for company management team to improve the cost efficiency performance

• Analyze operation business scenarios, compiling process files and drawing flow chart…

• Analyze operation process, finding process defects and making suggestion

• Comb the process and putting forward rationalization and optimization suggestion for the existing process

• Write, organize and archive the internal knowledge base, operation manual and other business-related files

                          

  

Requirements:

  

• A minimum of 2 years at a logistics related function in a multi-national organization

• Good understanding on logistics operation process and cost factors

• Sensitive on data / Math

• Professional on data processing / Excel / Access

• Ability to convert data to valuable information

• Working efficiency and adapting high pressure work

• Detail minded and in logic

• Good command of oral and written English

• Reporting presentation with PPT, Visio, etc.
