Requirements/任职要求

1、 College degree or the above in machining or related specialty 机械及相关专业大专以上学历

2、 Good knowledge of fastener products, can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications/standards 良好的紧固件产品经验, 能理解、掌握中英文机械产品图纸及相关技术规范.

3、 Be professional in using measurement tools and equipment 熟练使用检测测量工具及设备

4、 Good English in read and writing. 英语读写良好。

5、 Proficient with MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP) 熟练使用Microsoft office和ERP软件(SAP)

6、 Good communication and cooperation skills, active working attitude 良好的沟通和合作技巧，积极的工作态度

7、 Can travel on business trip to supplier or customer sites 能适应至供应商或客户处出差

8、 Good health condition 身体良好

9、 Patient, efficient, responsible, can work under pressure 耐心、有效、负责、能承受一定压力

Functional area/职责

1、Implementing initial sample process, study on product specification， set up inspection plan for new items (first sample & regular batch), including inspection items and frequency.执行首样批准流程， 根据产品技术要求， 制定新产品的检测计划， 包括检测项目和检测频率。

2、Maintain and update inspection plan for existing parts by practice.根据实践维护调整已有产品的检测计划。

3、Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
