Job Descriptions:

- Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.

- Total ownership of customer forecast, ordering/backlog & delivery.

- Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).

- Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.

- Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.

- Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.

- Responsible for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers.

- Manages all facets of customer retention including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.

- Reviews warranty claims.

- Develops and manages return materials authorization (RMA) processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service and repairs are done with speed and accuracy and all client/customer service delivery issues are resolved.

- Manages market research to determine special pricing for non standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained.

Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above, MBA will be a plus.

- 3+ year related working experience, semiconductor/B2B related will be a strong plus.

- Strong execution with great ownership.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Able to work in a matrix organization as a good team player.

- Oral & Written English capability is preferred.
