Main duties and responsibilities

- Responsible for daily Accounting operations in China

- Maintain accurate financial accounting records and timely preparation and submission of monthly financial reports in accordance with HQ’s policies, and PRC GAAP

- Ensure day to day accounting transactions with timely and complete recording of all financial transactions

- Verify internal expense and payment and monitor the payment procedure; manage/control the capital operation

- Other assignment arranged by Finance Manager

Qualification

- Integrity, strong communications skills, and (internal) customer focused are key behavioral competencies.

- Professional maturity to work effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own work

- Solid Accounting background and know-how of China accounting rules

- Proven track record of working effectively with business and finance leaders, internally and externally to drive results across all of the roles and responsibilities described above.

- Fast learner and can work under pressure

Experience Preferred

- At least 1 years accounting experience of finance department management, especially in Accounting

- Experience of working in an multinational environment

- Knowledge of using financial systems eg: Kingdee

Educational level

- Bachelor in Finance or above

- Accounting Certificate
