职位描述
主要职责:
1. 为代理商和冷王终端用户提供售后服务支持,指导解决相关技术问题;
2. 为代理商和终端用户提供有关售后服务、产品说明书、保修流程等相关培训,协助新发布产品系列在所覆盖区域的推广;
3. 与巴士销售团队和备件市场团队相配合,以提高产品和备件的市场占有率;
4. 不断提升售后服务支持标准,及时、快速、高质高效解决问题,提高客户满意度;
5. 与质保团队合作监管质保流程,为客户提供相关流程指导;
6. 与工程、产品管理、市场、工厂等部门协作,加强产品质量管理;
7. 按时提交服务报告,并进行一定分析,为管理层决赛提供数据支持;
8. 为代理商提供咨询,帮助了解并遵守冷王的政策;
任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历;
2. 5年以上运输空调或制冷行业售后服务工作经验,精通空调或制冷设备原理及维修,熟悉最新的技术,善于解决疑难问题,并愿意接受额外的培训和指导以提高能力;
3. 积极主动,善于团队合作;
4. 良好的沟通技巧,能应对不同的客户和代理商;
5. 基本了解代理商及客户业务流程,抗压能力强;
6. 基本的英文听说读写能力,基本的Office办公软件使用技能;
7. 能够适应出差。、
Principle Responsibilities
1.Providing technical support to dealers and end-users, actingas customer consultant for technical and service related issues.
2.Dealer and end-user consultant and trainer on service category, product manual, warranty procedure, etc. Supporting to promote new series of product launched in responsible region or area.
3.Working with Sales and Aftermarket team to improve unit and parts market share.
4.Continuous improvement on service support standard,problem resolving timely, quicky with high effectiveness and high quality, to enhance customer satisfaction.
.Supervising warranty standard and process by collebration with Customer Relationship Management team, and providing relevant consulting on process.
6.Cooperating with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing to improve quality management.
7.Timely submitting service report, with basic analysis, to support management team to make decision.
8.Dealer consultant on Thermo King’s regulation and policy, a good window of company.
Requirements
1.College education background and above.
2.At least 5 years’ technical or service experience within refrigerated or transportation industry, expert on regrigeration principle and facility maintenance, excellent problem solver, willing to achive additional training and coaching to further improve experience.
3.Initiative and good team work.
4.Excellent communication and influence skills and be able to work with various dealers and customers.
5.Certain business and operation knowledge, and capability to work under pressure.
6.Basic skills at Office Software and simple English communication.
7.Travel is required.
