What is the Job About?
We are looking for a highly-motivated, result-oriented individual to be part of our Global HR Services department. Reporting directly to the Team Leader in Australia, with team members throughout China, Singapore, India and Taiwan, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills on a global scale and enhance your existing English capabilities.
Located in Shanghai, China, your primary task is to support Hiring Managers in finding the right candidates for our Sales organisation. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the business needs and?define the recruitment plan and strategy for each vacancy.
Utilising our first-class recruitment system and tools, you will handle the entire recruitment process to:
* Attract and source both active and passive?candidates using creative techniques i.e LinkedIn Recruiter
* Screen and interview candidates against required skills and competencies
* Deliver high quality candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely manner
* Be a trusted advisor for the business in all attraction related topics
* Provide support in?salary negotiations and onboarding process in collaboration with our HR Service teams
What do you Need to Apply?
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting within a corporate environment (a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred) or within an agency
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in both English and Chinese
* Creative approach and experience sourcing using a range of techniques- LinkedIn Recruiter experience desirable
* Ability to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
* Experience working with a Recruitment candidate management system desirable
* Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity
* Results orientated approach and experience within a fast-paced environment
* Confidence to encourage?Hiring Managers?to 'think outside the square'
