It is preferred who is proficient in below one or more kinds of equipment and systems maintenance: Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning, Air Compressor, Electric Generator, Elevator, High and Low Voltage Distribution Equipment, Water Treatment, Boiler, Decoration.

8英语能力不做硬性要求，能进行读，写，听，说者优先考虑（优先级按顺序排列）

English ability is not a compulsory requirement, but the one who could read, write, listen and speak is preferred (Priorities are arranged in order)

9机械，电器等工科专业者优先考虑

Engineering specialties, such as Mechanical and Electrical are preferred.
